My apologies for the messy, disjointed patchwork of this article.  Events have been happening so fast, that I feel the importance of adding new atrocities as they occur.  I first published this article in April 2012, in response to the recent mass shootings at schools.  The same issues exist today.  The same issues continue to be talked about ad nausea.  The same issues have never been resolved. Crazy people have easy access to guns.  Stupid people don’t want to prevent that. Stupid people want to associate any gun possession responsibilities with attacks on a 300+ year old Constitution that reflected the desires of America’s Founding Fathers.  If America’s Founding Fathers could see us now … what do you think their priorities would be?.

You will see pictures like this over and over until common sense is applied to gun control.

NO! Gun control is NOT the only issue here.  Legislative accountability IS at issue here.  Legislators, who prefer to pander to their campaign donors, instead of working to make America safer by supporting education and mental health are culpable with every violent meltdown that occurs in this country. Unenforceable laws are to blame … because lawmakers will not apply the needed funding to allow comprehensive enforcement.  There is a political element in America that prefers to allow everyone to fend for themselves because they resent taxation to support government services they consider “ENTITLEMENTS”.

  People, mostly white men, snap, crackle and pop people with guns. The mental stability of the men in America appears to be disintegrating … tell me I’m wrong.  Is there a connection with Domestic Terrorism and the US Military?  Is there a connection to untreated mental illness?  We can connect a lot of these atrocities with PTSD!  We can connect a lot more of these atrocities to an inadequate Mental  Health Care System?  The stigmas preventing people from seeking Mental Health Care before it’s too late will haunt civilization forever, unless reasonable access to mental health is universally acceptable!

Now, 55+ school shootings since Columbine … National Vital Statistic Report, more than 30,000 Americans were killed by firearms in 2011, including about 11,000 gun homicides (the rest were largely suicides). This article will not be updated after January 31 2013, because it is already too long with updates.

January 21, 2013:

Three shot at Lone Star College in north Houston

Three people were shot during an argument between the two suspects. The source said both men pulled out guns during the argument and shot at each other. Two bystanders and at least one of the suspects were wounded.

Lone Star College student Brittany Mobley said she saw the whole thing happen.

“I saw two dudes basically get into an altercation and the dude that shot, he basically got angry and started shooting the other guy,” said Mobley. “A lot of people heard a lot of shots.”

Mobley said the suspect had the gun hidden in his clothes.

“Basically, I seen the dude that shot him and as soon as I heard the bullets flying and the gun being fired off, then everyone started running and it was a hint for me to start running as well,” Mobley said.

Just a side note, the students at Lone Star College were carrying a guns on campus!  The shooters had an argument and pulled their guns, like the old west movies.  In the shooting an innocent bystander was wounded.  Texas Governor Rick Perry wants ALL students to carry guns on campuses across Texas. Wow! This is the worst nightmare scenario.  If all students had guns, wonder how many innocent bystanders could be victimized …  Conflicts between two people can end up as a massacre, whether it was intended or not.  How can another gun toting student determine who to shoot?  Someone else rounding the corner sees multiple shooters, how does THAT gun toting student determine who to shoot? Bullets do NOT care who or what they hit!.

5 injured after firearms go off at Ohio, N.C., Indiana gun shows

Jan. 19 in Albuquerque, New Mexico:    A 15-year-old boy, Nehemiah Griego, is being accused of shooting and killing his pastor father and family during a bloody rampage on Jan. 19 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Nehemiah Griego allegedly used a military-style assault rifle to kill his pastor father, Gregory Griego, a woman, two girls and one boy.

Deputies have identified the teen shooter as Nehemiah Griego. 

A Bernalillo County sheriff’s detective questioned the teen Saturday night and the details of their conversation were spelled out in the statement.   The teen allegedly told the detective that he took a .22-caliber rifle from his parents’ closet around midnight Saturday and shot his mother in the head while his younger brother slept next to her.   Griego told the detective that his brother did not believe him that their mother was dead so he showed his mother’s bloody face to his brother and then shot him, according to the statement.   He’s accused of then shooting his two young sisters in their room. He retrieved an AR-15 rifle from his parents’ closet and waited in a downstairs bathroom for his father to come home. The statement said he shot his father multiple times after he passed the bathroom doorway.   The teen said he reloaded the guns so “he could drive to a populated area to murder more people,” according to the statement.   His plan, the statement said, was to “shoot people at random and eventually be killed while exchanging gunfire with law enforcement.”

On Wednesday, January 16, 2013 – President Obama announced 23 Executive orders moving toward a more responsible environment surrounding Gun Control for Military Assault Weapons. Finally, recognizing that comprehensive background checks are necessary to REDUCE the availability of firearms in the hands of people who could or would misuse those firearms. The NRA has taken their opportunity to exercise it’s 1st Amendment rights to condemn ANY responsibility applied to their sponsors.

Obama unveils sweeping plan to battle gun violence

NRA is sponsored by a Multi-Billion Dollar Industry that profits from purchases of Military Weapons and profits from any armed conflict.  These weapons manufacturers supply the ordinary citizen, PLUS Armed Militias, Drug Cartels and Terrorists (by proxy … of course).  This industry really has no interest in any reasons for  conflicts or consequences, they just know that’s where the money is! It’s always about the money.

In America, the weapons industry is funding NRA attacks on President Obama.  NRA resents applying the word RESPONSIBILITY to gun ownership.  President acknowledges the rights of responsible gun owners, hunters, sports and collectors.  What the President did NOT say is that America’s Armed Militias will ultimately become Domestic Terrorists … again, NRA, the front for the weapons industry, wants to distract the public from THAT reality.

I am trying to keep up with the abundant examples of mass murder incidents in America.  I know I have missed a few.  This is 2012, and the frequency of violence has accelerated.  Too many factors contribute to these occurrences, and Mental Health is the common denominator.  This most recent example admitted that family and co-workers and neighbors knew this man had mental problems.  He refused to see a professional, no one had the authority to make him seek help.  There are no ‘real’ laws or social options for anyone to use when they know someone has a problem.  Our education systems do not endorse mental health issues.  Our social system and culture avoid mental issues altogether.  It is more acceptable to have leprosy, than a mental issue.  Most mental issues have roots in body chemistry imbalances, which often makes it treatable..The stigma of asking for help has to be removed.  That takes education and leading by example.  First you must encourage someone to see a doctor.  Hopefully, new strides in affordable health care will make seeing the doctor easier …

Now, there is a mass murder connection with the US Military and Psychological Operations and Domestic Terrorism.  The Ft Hood shooter was a Psychologist, after all … The mass murder in Wisconsin comes just 16 days after 12 people were killed and nearly 60 injured in a mass shooting at a movie theatre in Aurora, Colorado, during a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises..

This country has chosen the easy way out of responsibility and rejecting common social skills. Our children are left to endure bullies both at school and at home.  Our children are being nurtured by video game violence and movies that love to blow people and things away.  The spectacle of explosions is an addiction and unfortunately becoming a social solution. Why are young and middle aged White Men deciding to act out and kill multiple people?  What formula has been imprinted into their brains that their social, moral, patriotic or christian duty is to destroy lives?

The easy revenge is to take a gun and get even …  Doomsday is the internal psychological meltdown of a whole planet.  Even the caveman had better social skills than present day Americans.  The only difference is technology. The Christian, Jewish and Muslim religions preach peace only after they enslave or eliminate offending populations.   This was the deadliest outburst of gun violence at a U.S. school since a Virginia Tech student shot and killed 32 people in a 2007 massacre on that campus before killing himself.

Wade Michael Page, a 40-year-old Army veteran who served from April 1992 through October 1998, allegedly opened fire outside the temple before entering around 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning and taking the lives of innocent people.

The Army veteran, who was shot and killed, served as a sergeant, and later as a specialist at Fort Bliss, Texas, in the psychological operations unit in 1994. He was last stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C., attached to the psychological operations unit. Page was dishonorably discharged in 1998 for “patterns of misconduct,” a Pentagon official told CNN.

What is this connection with ex-military and mental illness? What is the connection with Psy Ops and committing mass murder?  Shooting suspect was US army psy-ops specialist: Pentagon.

But, 2012 is turning into the year of mass murder, with or without a real motive.  People are snapping. People are becoming domestic terrorists. Why?  The most recent was not even a workplace revenge scenario.  Maybe, like the Norway massacre, last year, there may be an agenda that is yet to be revealed.  No manifestos have emerged yet.  But, more and more, the presence of radical racism and christian revisionism agendas are emerging.

WIKI has a list of mass murders taking place around the world in 2012 … but, this is only July.  The first half of this year is already in the record book with 41 incidents.  Last night’s incident is 42.

It is July 20, 2012.  Last night 24 year old James Holmes, dressed to kill, went to a midnight movie premier, in Colorado. According to the news conference, he slipped out the back door of the theater, went to his vehicle and gathered multiple firearms.  When he returned to the darkened theater, opened fire and started shooting (randomly?) at anyone who moved. At this time there are over 70+ casualties, at least 12 confirmed dead.  The gunman has informed authorities that his apartment is rigged with bombs, but, he failed to mention his apartment is also booby trapped. All four of Holmes’ weapons were purchased in the last 60 days at local gun shops. He said 6,000 rounds of ammunition were purchased through the Internet, including one 100-round drum magazine, which allowed the suspect to fire up to 50-60 rounds in a minute. Is the shooter filled with hate, a zombie or just on the latest drug?  No matter, the psychiatrists will figure it out, and the courts will decide.  But, the survivors will remain changed for the rest of their lives.  The families of those killed will be changed forever.

No gun freedoms have been harmed in the making of this tragedy!

Oakland college gunman felt bullied, police say

The suspect in a shooting rampage at a Oikos University told authorities he was targeting administrators and students at the Oakland college for teasing him and treating him disrespectfully.

The suspect, 43-year-old One L. Goh, opened fire in the middle of a classroom at his former school, leaving seven people dead in one of California’s worst mass killings.

Goh told investigators he targeted one female administrator in particular at the small religious college, the Oakland Tribune reported. Other students at the school “were not treating him respectfully,” Police Chief Howard Jordan told the newspaper.

Goh told police he wanted to go back to the school and inflict pain, the newspaper reported. Goh was reportedly expelled from the school in November. Police said he was a former nursing student.

Jordan did not identify the administrator, but said she was not among the injured. Investigators do not believe that any of the victims were the students who teased him.

Paul Singh, whose sister was one of three wounded, told Reuters that the shooter instructed students: “Get in line and I’m going to kill you all.”

The ex-student who killed 7 people at a small private Christian college in California sought revenge on the school for kicking him out and shot his victims execution-style, police said Tuesday.

“We’ve learned that the suspect was upset with the administration at the school. He was also upset that students in the past, when he attended the school, mistreated him, disrespected him, and things of that nature,” Jordan said on “Good Morning America.” ”He was having, we believe, some behavioral problems at the school and was asked to leave several months ago.

“We’ve learned that this was a very chaotic, calculated and determined gentleman that came there with a very specific intent to kill people, and that’s what his motive was and that’s what he carried out,” Jordan added.

Goh left behind a string of debts and minor traffic citations in his former home state of Virginia and was evicted from one apartment complex in the state, according to ABC News Bay Area affiliate KGO.
