What is Adrenarche and Why Are America’s Services Sexually Immature

July 31, 2008

America’s Policies are pretty clear and a lot of words are written to restrict casual recreational sex, unwanted sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.  There is more than embarrassment at stake.  There is National Security and Health Safety of whole populations to consider.  Anyone watching a James Bond film or knows who Mata Hari was, will see this is a ritual habit that has unspoken acceptance.  In ancient times, there were almost as many prostitutes  as soldiers traveling on military campaigns.  The ancients knew they could not deny Mother Nature, so they accommodated her.  America’s Military demonstrates that their maturation process has been tampered with by suppressive cultural and religious restrictions.  Sexual misbehavior is lied about and ignored routinely, because it is easier to lie than admit that Mother Nature is really in control, and you have few socially acceptable options.

Adrenarche:  The definitions used to describe normal and premature puberty and pubarche are as follows:

Puberty — Puberty is the stage of development during which secondary sexual characteristics appear and there is a transition from the sexually immature to the sexually mature stage. True puberty results from activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. Testicular enlargement is the usual first sign of gonadal activation (gonadarche) in boys, and breast development (thelarche) is the first sign in girls, with sexual hair development ordinarily occurring later. (See “Normal puberty”.)

Premature puberty — The exact age at which puberty is abnormally early (precocious) is not well defined. In general, signs of secondary sexual development occurring before the age of eight years in girls and the age of nine years in boys are considered premature and warrant careful evaluation. This practice is supported by recent data in girls [1], while good data are still lacking in boys [2]. Gonadotropin-dependent precocious puberty (also termed “central,” “true,” “or “complete” precocity) results from activation of the normal HPG axis. Gonadotropin-independent precocious puberty (also termed “peripheral” precocious puberty) results from excess exposure to androgens or estrogens derived from the gonads, adrenal glands, exogenous sources, or ectopic production of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) from a germ cell tumor. (See “Definition, etiology, and evaluation of precocious puberty”.)

Preliminary Observations on DOD’s and the Coast Guard’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Programs

GAO-08-1013T, a testimony before the Subcommittee on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, House of Representatives

In 2004, Congress directed the Department of Defense (DOD) to establish a comprehensive policy to prevent and respond to sexual assaults involving servicemembers. Though not required to do so, the Coast Guard has established a similar program. This statement addresses the extent to which DOD and the Coast Guard (1) have developed and implemented policies and programs to prevent, respond to, and resolve sexual assault incidents involving servicemembers; (2) have visibility over reports of sexual assault; and (3) exercise oversight over reports of sexual assault. This statement draws on GAO’s preliminary observations from an ongoing engagement examining DOD’s and the Coast Guard’s programs to prevent and respond to sexual assault. In conducting its ongoing work GAO reviewed legislative requirements and DOD and Coast Guard guidance, analyzed sexual assault incident data, and obtained through surveys and interviews the perspective on sexual assault matters of more than 3,900 servicemembers stationed in the United States and overseas. The results of GAO’s survey and interviews provide insight into the implementation of the programs but are nongeneralizable.
GAO expects to issue its final report in August 2008 and to make a number of recommendations to improve implementation of sexual assault prevention and response programs and improve oversight of the programs in both DOD and the Coast Guard.

Since 2005, active duty servicemembers have had two options for reporting an alleged sexual assault: (1) restricted, which allows victims of sexual assault to disclose a sexual assault incident to specific individuals and receive medical care and other victim advocacy services without initiating a criminal investigation; and (2) unrestricted, which entails notification of the chain of command and may trigger a criminal investigation. Although these requirements do not apply to the Coast Guard, which is overseen by the Department of Homeland Security, the Coast Guard has adopted similar reporting options.

While DOD and the Coast Guard have established some mechanisms for overseeing reports of sexual assault involving servicemembers, both lack an oversight framework, and DOD lacks key information needed to evaluate the effectiveness of sexual assault prevention and response programs. DOD’s instruction charges the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office with evaluating the effectiveness of the sexual response prevention and response program.  However, neither DOD nor the Coast Guard has developed an oversight framework that includes clear objectives, milestones, performance measures, or criteria for measuring progress. Congress also lacks visibility over the incidence of sexual assaults involving Coast Guard members because the Coast Guard is not required to provide these data to Congress.

Several Factors Hinder Implementation of DOD’s and the Coast Guard’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Programs

Americans are so sexually dysfunctional that none of these crimes are surprising.  Part of the definition of ADRENARCHE: Adrenarche is a process related to puberty but distinct from hypothalamicpituitarygonadal maturation and function.  Interruption of normal Adrenarche cycle in Americans, and their sexual behavior, should be studied as a consequence of mind bending puritan restrictions, cultural hypocrisy together with our contaminated environment. America’s GONADS are damaged … make the connection to birth defects.  How American’s deal with their sexual drives has a long twisted history of abuse from disinformation. By condemning natural sexual development as ‘evil’, ‘unhealthy’ and ‘sinful’, American men appear to be sexually stuck in a puberty cycle (adrenarche).  This applies equally to heterosexual and homosexual Americans. American females are equally repressed, but have learned to exploit weaknesses caused by male sexual immaturity.  Sexual acting out, with the help of drugs, alcohol, or religious dogma, leads to sexual abuse, and has finally surfaced for modern public scrutiny.  Christianity shares this repression with Islam … This behavior has been around since America began.  There have always been tolerances to protect American men when they act out, called euphemistically “indiscretions”.  The “boys will be boys” attitude follows teenaged boys during sexual discovery.  Then, sexually repressed and immature adults can enter the military where sex crimes have been accepted, masked and covered up throughout history. Rape and pillage have always been rewards for soldiers from the beginning of time.

Some part of today’s society must bring mother nature back into the human maturation process.  The double standard must be healed.  America’s double standard is  sexually unhealthy and it contaminates our policies and governing ability.  Senators, Congressmen and other elected and appointed officials use sex to define their inflated egos.  Sex is the tool used, by manipulators, to influence politics and policy.  Yes, America may be late to that game, but playing catch up appears to have been fun for some and nightmare for others.  Time to enter the 21st Century.  We know too much to allow this primitive repressive behavior to continue.

Mother nature had a plan, we see evidence of that in every species we discover.  Mother nature does not tolerate tampering with sexuality any more than she tolerates rape of her earth.

There is a big difference between being in ‘HEAT’ and being ‘In Love’.  Being responsible and accountable never wins.

Repressed people with guns scare me. I know assault is not a laughing matter in any way shape or form, but when the military relaxed their guidelines for acceptance, the quality of soldiers was compromised. You do not allow people with anger issues and past records in and train them to kill but tell them not to screw.
